OURDUTIES:

You will bepart of a recently initiated REHAU project focusing on furniture components.First you will undergo our 12 months International REHAU Trainee Program withina group of commercial and technical trainees. The program prepares you withlocal and international assignments to different departments of our furnituredivision and training weeks for demanding future tasks. During this time youwill be based in our Corporate Headquarters in Rehau, Germany or otherlocations in Europe or in Asia according to future development direction.

Your futuredevelopment directions will be:

Iroduct development, technology application, or

II:Manufacturing process development, daily production process support.

After thetrainee program you will work at REHAU Taicang plant.

Our traineeprogram starts at the beginning of 2017.

Since the entering into China market in2002, REHAU showed a sustained growth trend in annual turnover and profit. In2008, REHAU invested more than 30 million U.S. dollars for the new plantTaicang Economy Development Area; besides, REHAU China has sales office inShanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, Chengdu, Xi‘an, and Shenyang. Atpresent, REHAU has around 550 employees in China.

YOURPROFILE:

Withexcellent academic performance you need have graduated with a master`sdegree in Polymer Material Engineering no later than February 2017. Inaddition, you need have completed relevant internships experiencein multinational corporation, preferably in the polymer related area.

We arelooking for dedicated, achievement-oriented, and outgoing applicants with theability to handle multiple environments and responsibilities, set priorities,and respond positively to demanding situations. A high degree of the readinessto work in a challenging and demanding project environment are centralrequirements. The position demands excellent English language skills, andadditional basic knowledge in German is a plus.
